Rafael Aguirre

With nearly two decades of experience in sales and customer service, Rafael Aguirre brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to real estate. A licensed agent since 2017, Rafael specializes in guiding first-time homebuyers, relocators, and investors across the Greater Las Vegas area—including Henderson and Pahrump.

Before entering the real estate field, Rafael owned and operated a successful insurance agency for over a decade, where he specialized in personal, commercial, and life insurance. His background gives him a strong foundation in financial services, risk management, and client advocacy. Today, his work extends to real estate finance, where he has gained valuable experience building financial models, working with lenders and equity partners, and supporting commercial land acquisition.

Rafael’s approach centers on empowering clients with the information and support they need to make confident, informed decisions—whether they’re buying their first home or growing their real estate portfolio. He focuses on understanding each client’s unique goals and creating a personalized plan to help them succeed. Known for his calm demeanor and clear communication, Rafael makes the process feel approachable and manageable. Many clients even become long-time friends.

Throughout his career, Rafael has earned multiple top sales awards. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 13 years and their two children—his 9-year-old daughter, a budding basketball star, and his energetic 3-year-old son. Originally from El Salvador, Rafael has called Las Vegas home since 2001 and proudly considers himself a local. He is also actively involved in the region’s affordable housing movement through his work with one of Southern Nevada’s leading nonprofit developers.
